I’m an intuitive chef who learned by doing, starting out by helping my mother and Nana cook elaborate family meals from the time I was old enough to hold a spoon. Those early experiences led me to work as a chef in restaurants, study nutrition in college, pursue an A.S. in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Studies, cook food for postpartum families as a doula, and of course, host dinner parties. My dream is to combine my love of food and healthy living to help our communities and planet heal.
